Heritage-Led Restoration
The Coach House is being planned with the same long-term approach as the wider estate: sympathetic materials, traditional detailing, and a focus on creating something that feels as though it belongs within the historic setting. The aim is not to create a generic holiday let, but a private estate stay with character, comfort and permanence.
A Stay Within a Working English Estate
Guests will stay within the grounds of Houldsworth Estate, a privately restored rural estate focused on heritage restoration, self-sufficiency, small-batch produce and countryside living. Houldsworth Estate is located 20 minutes south of Lincoln. We are 15 minutes from Newark and 15 minutes from Sleaford and Grantham.
